Flag Bearer Pole Harness Sling

Vintage flag pole harness.  It is constructed from heavy khaki canvas with leather components and darkened non-magnetic metal fittings.  Straps are adjustable.  Opening on the cup is 1/2", the top removes and holds a threaded ball bearing.  No stamps or makers marks present.
